Returns and Refunds

At Small Smart, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 100-day returns policy on eligible items.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags still attached and in a resellable condition.

100-Day Returns Policy

You can return eligible items within 100 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • with tags still attached, where applicable
  • in a clean and resellable condition

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or personalisation reasons. These include personalised items, toiletries, underwear, swimwear and food-related products.

How to Return an Item

Returns sent back without authorisation may be refused.

Once your return has been approved, please package the item carefully and use a tracked delivery service. This helps make sure your return reaches us safely.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to us. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.

*Excluding items that have been personalised for you, any toiletries, underwear, and swimwear, or any food-related products for hygiene and safety reasons.

**For international returns outside the EU, we are not able to cover any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been processed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging, where possible

International Returns

For international returns outside the UK, customers are responsible for any additional charges, including import duty, customs fees, taxes or other charges, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Change or Cancel the Order

If you need to change your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our customer care team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our returns process for any unwanted items.

Exchange the Order

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
