DELIVERY
How much is UK delivery?
We offer free UK mainland standard delivery on orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged at £4.69 for standard delivery.
How long does standard delivery take?
UK mainland standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. UK mainland next day delivery is available for £7.99 when you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Do you offer same day dispatch?
For most in-stock items, we aim to dispatch the same day when ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are usually dispatched the next working day. Larger or bulky items, including selected furniture, are usually dispatched within 5–14 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery to selected countries, including Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malta, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. International delivery starts from £9.99.
ORDERS
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see it. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact our customer care team straight away. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves us.
How long will it take to get my package?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100-day returns policy on eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
How do I return an item?

or call 0121 377 7731 to arrange your return. Items returned without authorisation may be refused.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and packaging your return carefully.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. Our customer care team will review this and help arrange the best solution.

Can I use a discount code?
If you have a valid discount code, enter it at checkout. Only one code may be accepted per order, depending on the promotion terms.
